Sukhayl Niyazov

I am an independent author and researcher currently studying Political Science at HSE University. Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, I spent most of my life in Athens, Greece, and studied for one semester at the University of Edinburgh, UK. I currently reside in Moscow. 

At HSE, I work on the issues of science, technology, and innovation policy at the Foresight Center of the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge. My official page is available here.
